EAT HEALTHY
Whatever
happens, you gotta eat, right? Just be mindful of what you take in. Good food
doesn’t have to be expensive. Avoid excessively oily and sweet food. Take in
more fruits and vegetables. Save by preparing your own salad baon. Go crazy on the leafy greens, but
pass on the fatty dressing.
HYDRATE YOUR BODY
Water
is good for your overall well-being. Pure, clean water cleanses your skin. It
nourishes the body, flushes out the toxins, and regulates circulation. The best
part is, it doesn’t put a strain on your budget!
CLEANSE
Use
lukewarm water whenever you wash your face. Apply your favourite skin cleanser
in a circular motion. Again, rinse off with lukewarm water then dab your skin
dry.
DE-STRESS
Stress
has many negative effects, not only psychologically but physically as well.
Minimize stress by minimizing your sources of stress. Manage your time well and
organize your to-do-list.
EXERCISE!
Even
if you’re not too hot about physical activity, you have to stay active! Don’t
worry, you don’t need to get an expensive gym membership to exercise your
flexes. You can simply walk, jog, and stretch to get your blood in the
circulation. These simple activities will give your skin a definite glow.
